No Library Sale?
How bummed am I? I realized yesterday, after being hyped-up about it for weeks, that I'd not seen any flyers advertising the (supposedly) upcoming Library Book Sale. Usually they're out at LEAST one week prior to the sale. I was at the library two days ago, and I saw no signs or flyers. :o(
I called to check, and the Librarians have heard nothing about a Sale.
I am sooooo disappointed! :-(

Oh, man! What a bummer! That happened last year too!
Yeah ... I'm starting to get a bit ticked of with those library people! :?
BUT, lesson learned ... don't expect a Spring sale any more (that way I'll be pleasantly surprised if they DO have one! LOL)
Someday you should come to the Mid Manhattan Library (I don't know if you're near NY or not.) They have a book sale every weekday from 11AM to 3PM. Hardcover books for $2! Some are in pristine condition.
Awesome! Well, if I'm ever in the neighborhood, I'll be sure to check that out! I wish our libraries, here, did that -- had ongoing sales. I think they'd still make a fair bit of money that way. Maybe I'll suggest it to them. ;-P
